The decorator paints freehand on the raw enamel, applying oxide-based colours with a brush, a technique dating back to the 18th century, which allows for the complete fusion of the decoration and the enamel. This traditional manufacturing method leads to slight variations in terms of colour and decoration. The entirely handmade nature of the work guarantees that each piece of earthenware is unique.

This large limited edition hand painted '24h Le Mans' Rond Bord Uni serving plate was created in collaboration with the watercolourist, Ray Toombs, official painter for the AOC.

Celebrating the famous Le Mans car races, this serving dish features 8 classic cars and would make the perfect gift for a classic car enthusiast.

These limited edition hand painted '24h Le Mans' commemorative plates was created in collaboration with the water colourist, Ray Toombs, official painter for the Automobile Club de l'Ouest.

Plate No 1 : D-type wins Le Mans again,1957. One of the final pit stops as the Jaguar D-type of the Ecurie Ecosse team heads for victory at Le Mans in 1957.

Plate No 2 : Porsche 917lh Le Mans 1971. The immortal 917 long tail from Le Mans 1971, to this day this car holds the outright circuit record at 3min 13.6 seconds.
