Beautiful earthenware Ovale Festons serving platter with Chinoiserie 3 motif entirely handcrafted and hand painted by our master craftsmen in our atelier in Malicorne-sur-Sarthe.
These are a classic of French design, inspired by the forms of silverware of the time. We are proud to continue producing our plates using the traditional 18th century techniques.
The prefer serving dish to compliment our Feston Plates with hand painted Chinoiserie motifs.
Available in a range of sizes, these versatile pieces can be used for serving all kinds of meals, as a sharing platter or to present a festive meal. They will add that quintessentially French touch to your table.
The Ovale Feston style is also available with other beautiful hand painted decoration, we have a selection of motifs on our website. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to order them with a custom motif.

The decorator paints freehand on the raw enamel, applying oxide-based colours with a brush, a technique dating back to the 18th century.
